Terms and Conditions – Win Your Way In to Chicago Rock Café, Macclesfield

The following specific Terms and Conditions shall apply to the promotion known as Win Your Way In to Chicago Rock Café, Macclesfield and should be read in conjunction with any general terms and conditions published for contests/competitions from time to time.

The specific terms and conditions for this promotion are :

* Starting date 6am Monday 12th July to Friday 16th July 2010

* Each day we will open textline 60300 + SILK and invite listeners to text within 20 minute time frame. The textline will be opened 3 times per day at random points. All texts will be entered in the daily draw after 5pm – approx. 5.20pm, to WIN a VIP package for 4 people for Chicago Rock Café on Pickford Street, Macclesfield.

*The VIP package includes, free entry before 11pm, free cloakroom, free party food for 4 people, free bubbly on arrival. It is known as The Essential Experience at Chicago Rock Café bars.

* There is only one entry permitted per person, per day. No alternative prizes will be offered. No additional drinks will be included in the package. * Full terms and conditions are available at www.silk1069.com

* Participants must be 18 or over.

* Participant information will be shared with Chicago Rock Cafe

* No correspondence will be entered into. Any employee of Silk 106.9 Limited or any sponsor, their immediate family or any other person who is directly connected with the promotion are ineligible to participate.

Terms and Conditions – Cheshire’s Silk 106.9 Cash Caravan

The following specific Terms and Conditions shall apply to the promotion known as The Cash Caravan and should be read in conjunction with any general terms and conditions published for contests/competitions from time to time.

The specific terms and conditions for this promotion are :

Starting date 10am Monday 10.5.2010  closing date 2pm Friday 14.5.2010

Each day we will invite one listener every half hour between 10am and 2pm, to participate in our Cash Caravan promotion.  The listener will be chosen randomly from those who enter each time we play live onsite at the location.  Names will be drawn out of a sealed envelope, each half hour, there will be 8 competition rounds per day.

The locations will be

• Monday 10th May – Booths Car Park, Knutsford
• Tuesday 11th May – Outside Hoopers in Wilmslow
• Wednesday 12th May – Scotts Common Car Park, Sandbach
• Thursday 13th May – Opposite Morrisons, Congleton
• Friday 14th May – Castle Street, Macclesfield

 

The participant will be offered the chance to find an envelope hidden somewhere in the caravan.  The participant will be allocated 30 seconds to find an envelope, there will be 8 of them hidden inside.

Once the envelope has been retrieved, the participant will win the enclosed contents.  The prize will be either cash up to £20 each time, cinema tickets, passes for Blackbrook Zoological Park or a *pair of free flights with BMI Baby (– destinations as chosen by BMI Baby, subject to availability, dates limited to be confirmed by BMI Baby)

There is only one entry permitted per person, per family, per day. No alternative prizes will be offered.

Participants must be 18 or over.

Participant information will be shared with Leisure Sales, Sandbach.

No correspondence will be entered into.

Term and conditions - Cheshire’s Silk 106.9’s World Cup Prize Draw

1. Entry into competition deems acceptance and compliance of rules as stated here.
2. No purchase necessary
3. One entry per household
4. Only completed entries on the car sticker rear entry form will be accepted.
   No photocopies, scanned images or faxed copies accepted.
5. The Prize is one Panasonic Viera 37” TXL 37S20 HD TV with built in Freeview HD. It includes standard delivery and installation. No guarantee is made to the date of installation.
6. No alternative product or cash will be offered as a prize.
7. All completed entries will be placed in a draw to to take place after the closing date of 8th June 2010 and the winner will be notified in writing. The draw will take place on 9th June 2010 at 9am, with one entry being randomly picked by Mr Paul Dulson of Robins and Hodgsons.
8. Postal entries will only be entered if received prior to the closing date.
9. Entrant details may be used for marketing purposes only by both Cheshire’s Silk 106.9 and Robins and Hodgsons. No information will be passed to third parties under any circumstances.
10.  The winner of the prize accepts that Cheshire’s Silk 106.9 and Robins and Hodgsons will publicise their win by means of Radio and other media as appropriate.
